Our discovery workshop with Ecobags helped to determine their position within the wholesale and retail offerings under one umbrella – the Ecoway. This is the purpose behind all that they do. We also analysed what happens at the point of contact with the product and customer in store, our findings discovered where the influence came from so allowed a beautiful packaging redesign that included the flora and fauna of New Zealand.
